Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 60 or more days before the departure date are eligible for a full refund of all payments made, including the deposit.

Cancellations made between 30 and 59 days before departure are eligible for a 50% refund of the total trip cost. The deposit portion is non-refundable during this period.

Cancellations made fewer than 30 days before departure are not eligible for a refund. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.

To initiate a cancellation, contact our support team with your booking reference number. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government travel restrictions, DivingBuddy will work with you to reschedule or issue a credit for a future trip.
