To confirm your reservation, a deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit amount is typically 30% of the total trip cost, though this may vary by listing. Your spot is secured only upon successful payment of the deposit.
The remaining balance is due no later than 60 days before your trip departure date. For bookings made within 60 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking. Payment installment options may be available on select trips.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor.
All prices are displayed and charged in Euros (EUR). If your card is in a different currency, your bank or card provider will apply their standard exchange rate and any applicable foreign transaction fees.
DivingBuddy uses industry-standard SSL encryption and partners with Stripe for secure payment processing. We never store your full card details on our servers.
