Our platform serves as an intermediary between diving enthusiasts and certified dive operators. We facilitate bookings but do not directly provide diving services. All diving activities are conducted by licensed operators who maintain their own safety standards and certifications.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal information. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your data when you use our platform.

We collect information necessary to facilitate bookings, process payments, and provide customer support. Your personal data is never shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required for booking confirmation and payment processing.

Our cancellation policies are designed to be fair to both travelers and dive operators. Cancellation terms may vary depending on the specific operator and trip type.

• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before departure for most trips

• Partial refunds available for cancellations between 24-48 hours

• Emergency cancellations due to weather or safety concerns are fully refundable

• Medical emergencies with documentation may qualify for full refunds

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers for your convenience. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted channels to protect your financial information.

Payment schedules vary by operator:

• Day trips: Full payment at booking

• Liveaboard trips: 30% deposit at booking, balance due 30 days before departure
